    Welcome to

Ashbury with Compton Beauchamp CE Primary School

We have been serving the community for over 300 years and are a place where we are united in a love for learning. I have joined as Headteacher in September 2024, and it is my honour to work with the wonderful staff team and children to continue the nurturing, family feel of the school so that our children can grow and succeed. I would love to share the experiences and opportunities we offer. You are more than welcome to visit to find out what a special school Ashbury CE Primary School truly is by contacting our school office.

    • "Ashbury is such a unique school. We visited lots of local schools when choosing for our children but none had the community feel that Ashbury does. Our children have now been pupils for five years and absolutely love it. Ashbury has nurtured them to become curious about the world and love learning...but most of all, to be kind. We couldn't ask for more from a primary school."

    • "It is a privilege and honour to be associated with the Ashbury Primary School. As a vicar, I have enjoyed the warm and friendly environment within the school. As I enter the school gate I am always welcomed with big smiles from both members of staff and the children. I always sense the spirit of oneness, a happy family where everyone is accepted, respected, loved and cherished. The staff is truly dedicated in nurturing children and bringing the best in each one of them. The children are well-behaved and as a Vicar I am pleased to see them put into practice the values they are taught. I am always fascinated by the children’s participation during collective worship. Indeed, the children are being developed in their awareness of both themselves and the wider world. Well-done Ashbury Primary school and may the Lord continue to bless you always."
