Funding
Little Berries Preschool children are invited to take a 15-hour place (3 hours each day Monday-Friday). We have 10 spaces available. We can also offer 30 hour places (6 hours each day Monday-Friday) during term time only. If you decide to come to Little Berries Preschool a place has to be for 15 hours or 30 hours as these cannot then be offered to another child.
Routine is important for all children and we ask that they attend their designated sessions to help with continuity and consistency for all children. It can become unsettling for children if their routine is not consistent – we understand that circumstances may change and that some children may not be ready for a full education, we will work with each family to ensure children are supported in their educational and social, emotional journey.
If parents are not entitled to Government funding, you are welcome to pay for 15 hour or 30 hour sessions at a rate of £5.50 per hour.
Please note that parents are responsible for registering and renewing their entitlement to funded sessions, failure to do so may result in you being charged for your child's place. Parent declarations will need to be completed at the beginning of each term in order for the funding to be obtained.
